Join us for some LEGO building fun based on an exciting challenge or theme. You can also free-build using your own creative ideas! LEGO builds may be displayed in the Library. LEGO and Duplo blocks will be provided. LEGO Club is designed for children ages 4 and up. Registration is not required.     Create your own world.  Join the Creative Writers Group presented by the Grantsville Library every second Monday of the month from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. All are welcome. Attendees will hear in-progress work read by area writers and are invited to bring their own work for constructive comments and gentle criticism.   • Nourishing Neighbors

    Grantsville Town Park 85 Hershberger Lane, Grantsville, MD, United States

    The 2026 Nourishing Neighbors program kicked off in July with its free fresh produce distribution and resource exchange. FCS educator Kenzi Mousch shared valuable tips on selecting and using the proper kitchen equipment, including which knives work best for cutting specific food items. Participants gained practical skills to enhance their cooking experience and had the chance to sample a delicious crunchy vegetable wrap made from vegetables included in the produce boxes! University of Maryland is excited to kick off another season of Nourishing Neighbors and looks forward to seeing you there! See upcoming exchanges below.
